I recently attended InnerVision Wellness for my first ever Reiki session. I was not really sure what to expect. Tracy was honest, informative, and professional as she explained the philosophy and process for this Reiki session. The session was fabulous. Her work space is peaceful and clean. It was so relaxing and a great way to de-stress! During my session I realized my shoulder and neck pain were no longer there. It is evident from your very first interaction with Tracy that she truly lives the vision for InnerVision Wellness Coaching. She asks purposeful, guiding questions that lead to a better understanding of yourself and your true goals, while providing resources and suggestions for achieving those goals. Even with our sessions ended, I feel energized and prepared to continue to achieve my wellness vision on my own.

Tracy helped me to believe my goals were absolutely attainable. Her patience and non-judgmental attitude helped me to feel at ease, as I tackled some difficult goals to improve my health and wellness.​

I have just finished up my last session, and have been able to conquer my anxiety that was starting to control my life.
