During these particularly stressful times, if you simply need to hear a calm voice, talk and really be heard, have your anxiety levels reduced, pull in the reins on your anxious thoughts – please sign up for a Calm Coaching telephone/live video session. During our call, you can explore guided imagery, meditation, distance Reiki, or just be heard and understood without judgment.
For less than you’ll spend on take-out or delivery, discover the calm within when we chat. Initial sessions are 15 minutes; you can choose two consecutive sessions for additional time ($10 each session).
Reiki Energy Therapy
15, 30, 45, 60 minute sessions in a peaceful, relaxed environment
Available remotely during this time of social distancing. “Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.”
